Quy trình thực hiện dịch vụ làm thủ tục hải quan, thông quan được tiến hành như sau:

 1. Receiving import or export documents

Receive the document file that the customer sends (soft file or original set of documents). The set of documents includes:

  • Commercial contract
  • Commercial invoice
  • Packing list
  • Bill of lading

2. Checking the document

    • Red stream: Present documents and must conduct physical inspection.
  • Pay tax: After receiving the classification results, send the customer the declaration file to pay tax or pay tax on behalf of the customer if requested. The shipment will be cleared after completing the tax payment obligation.

4. Clear the customs procedure
