Quy trình thực hiện dịch vụ làm thủ tục hải quan, thông quan được tiến hành như sau:
1. Receiving import or export documents
Receive the document file that the customer sends (soft file or original set of documents). The set of documents includes:
- Commercial contract
- Commercial invoice
- Packing list
- Bill of lading
- Certificate of origin
- Export/import license
- Other documents as required by customs department
2. Checking the document
Check whether the information on the documents is complete or not, cross-reference between documents to ensure the information is accurate and consistent. If there are any shortcomings, the customer must be asked to supplement or amend them.
3. Declaration
- After checking the completeness and validity of the documents, we will start to declare electronic customs, print a test declaration to send to the customer to check the accuracy of the information again, then officially submit the declaration using the software and wait for the results of the goods classification.
- After receiving the classification results from the system, depending on the results received, proceed with the next steps:
- Green channel: Print the declaration, prepare to complete tax payment and customs clearance procedures.
- Yellow stream: Present documents for Customs inspection.
- Red stream: Present documents and must conduct physical inspection.
- Pay tax: After receiving the classification results, send the customer the declaration file to pay tax or pay tax on behalf of the customer if requested. The shipment will be cleared after completing the tax payment obligation.
4. Clear the customs procedure
Get customs clearance results and customs clearance supervision stamp to send to customers. Hand over documents and complete the Customs declaration process.
