1. COC:
International COC seafreight: DH Logistics is currently working and has contracts with almost all shipping lines in the market including Maersk, CMA-CGM, Evergreen, OOCL, COSCON, SITC and many more. Depending on the advantages of each shipping company, DH logistics will choose to provide customers with a sea transport service that best suits their needs such as direct service or transshipment. 2. SOC:
Currently, DH logistics focuses mainly on being a booking and sale agent and operating equipment management in Hai Phong for refrigerated container owners. The market is mainly the Hai Phong - Hong Kong route and vice versa. The total monthly movement is up to 5,000 of 40'RH containers.
The process summary as following:
Step 1: Finalize the price and sign the contract: The customer agrees with the quote from the company's sales staff, and both parties will sign a principle contract.
Step 2: Booking: after finalizing the sailing voyage to send the goods, the customer service department will make reservations on the voyage and send a booking note to the customer.
Step 3: issue bill of lading: After completing stuffing and returning the container(s) to CY, the customer sends information to create an B/L, also known as SI, or sends packing list to the documents department of DH logistics. The DH logistics documentation department will prepare a draft bill of lading and send it to customers for checking and confirmation. If approved, the documents department of DH logistics will issue a bill of lading.
Step 4: Payment: Customers proceed to pay local charges, sea freight and receive the original bill of lading or request to issue a surrender bill of lading.
Step 5: Track outgoing goods: the customer service department will track the goods until they arrive at the transshipment port or destination port and if there are any problems, they will resolve and update the shipping route for customers.
