In the sea transport services segment, DH logistics seafreight is divided into two smaller segments: COC transport (shipping company's container shell) and SOC (shipper's container shell).
1. COC:
International COC seafreight: hiện DH logistics đang làm việc và có hợp đồng với hầu hết tất cả các hãng tàu có mặt trên thị trường bao gồm từ Maersk, CMA-CGM, Evergreen, OOCL, COSCON, SITC và còn nhiều nữa. Tùy vào lợi thế của mỗi hãng tàu, DH logistics sẽ chọn lựa để cung cấp cho khách hàng một dịch vụ vận tải đường biển phù hợp với nhu cầu nhất như dịch vụ direct hay có chuyển tải. Giá cước cạnh tranh hay service phải được đảm bảo. Chúng tôi luôn có đáp áp cho mọi yêu cầu của khách hàng. Các tuyến dịch vụ thế mạnh của DH logistics bao gồm:
1. Hải Phòng – các cảng trong khu vực nội Á bao gồm Nhật, Hàn Quốc, Ấn Độ và Trung Quốc

2. SOC:
Hiện tại DH logistics tập trung chính vào việc làm đại lý khai thác thị trường và vận hành việc quản lý thiết bị tại đầu Hải Phòng cho các hãng chủ vỏ container lạnh. Thị trường là tuyến Hải Phòng – Hongkong và ngược lại. Tổng lượng vỏ luân chuyển hàng tháng lên đến 5000 container 40’RH.
The process summary as following:
Step 1: Finalize the price and sign the contract: The customer agrees with the quote from the company's sales staff, and both parties will sign a principle contract.
Step 2: Booking: after finalizing the sailing voyage to send the goods, the customer service department will make reservations on the voyage and send a booking note to the customer.
Step 3: issue bill of lading: After completing stuffing and returning the container(s) to CY, the customer sends information to create an B/L, also known as SI, or sends packing list to the documents department of DH logistics. The DH logistics documentation department will prepare a draft bill of lading and send it to customers for checking and confirmation. If approved, the documents department of DH logistics will issue a bill of lading.
Step 4: Payment: Customers proceed to pay local charges, sea freight and receive the original bill of lading or request to issue a surrender bill of lading.
Step 5: Track outgoing goods: the customer service department will track the goods until they arrive at the transshipment port or destination port and if there are any problems, they will resolve and update the shipping route for customers.
